In this video, we will be creating a simple face detector using the OpenCV library in Python. We will start by importing the cv2 library and then proceed to load the cascade classifier. We will be using the "haarcascade_frontalface_default.xml" file, which can be downloaded from the OpenCV GitHub page. Next, we will read an input image and convert it to grayscale. Using the cascade classifier, we will then detect faces in the image. We will then draw rectangles around the detected faces and save the output image. This is a great way to get started with image processing and object detection using OpenCV and Python.
