Data Bars in Cells turn GREEN at 100% - Excel Tutorial
In Microsoft Excel, data bars can be assigned only one color. But there is a way to make the bars appear to automatically turn green (or whatever color you want) at 100%. This video explains how to do this, by using two conditional formatting rules. I hope it’s helpful!
