staff of homa eat all my enhancement ores so i had to test this weapon at level 1 good thing noelles ult boosts enough attack to still make this weapon work
the lithic blade boosts your cirt rate and attack for every character in your group from liyue so i had to choose chracter from liyue ofc to get the most of the weapon noelle herself is a mondstadt character so i wont get any buff from the weapon for her
the other 3 i choosed are zhong li with the favonious lance for energy recharge, shields and a little burst damage, ningguang for energy recharge and good burst damage and xinqiu for good off field dps while im on noelle you can swap out zhongli if u dont have him for xiangling she deals also good damage while off field and would proc vaporize together with xinqiu
you may noticed that i have over 75% crit rate so i could switch my crit rate circlet for a crit damage one to get even higher numbers but i like some extra cri rate on her
