ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED-err name not resolved,this method is working in windows 7,windows 8,windows 8.1,windows 10 also.
Solution:
Goto network and sharing center then click your network adapter.
click properties option then select internet protocol version 4
enter the following dns server addresses 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
finally the error is fixed.
