In this video we see what the mechanical monsters can do to a male character (Tails in this case).
Project X: Love Potion Disaster is a sonic clone developed by Zeta Team (no relation to sega whatsoever). The characters are from the Sonic franchise (we have Amy in this video) and gameplay is of a classic 2D beat-em-up side scroller.
All the monsters (like the tentacle wires or the mechanised bugs) have special attacks and you can check them out if you try the game yourself.
You can find the game by searching for the developer and the name of the game. It is free to download and playable on windows and on mac.
Ganeplay is captured on the PC.
