Scammers are going to hate this!
What is it? People use it to pretend to be a victim the scammer can steal from, but the joke is on them. You can report their bank accounts when they try to send money out of your 'fake bank'. You can get them going by "shopping" and "redeeming" cards, or pretend your "virtual computer" is infected by a virus for their tech support scams.
