Step 1 begins with preparing the tooling fixture for the winding process. The stator core is precisely secured onto the fixture to ensure stability and proper alignment during winding.
Our equipment is a multi-station automatic winding machine, capable of simultaneously winding two brushless motor stator cores. This innovative design significantly boosts production efficiency, saving nearly half the time compared to traditional single-station winding processes.
We use concentrated winding. Concentrated winding involves winding each coil directly around the stator teeth.
Compared to distributed winding, this method shortens the coil end length, reducing copper losses and improving motor efficiency. It is particularly suitable for brushless DC motors.
With this automated multi-station winding process, we not only enhance production efficiency but also ensure consistent high quality for every stator core.
