Accord Beacons Case Study – Supplier Diversity
Icon New Zealand's Supplier Diversity Journey - In 2020 Icon were appointed by Kainga Ora as the Main Contractor on the 139 Greys Ave project. Located in central Auckland, the development will provide 276 new homes with at least 200 being state homes.
Integral to Icon’s appointment as Main Contractor, was its commitment to six targeted broader outcomes initiatives. This Beacons case study focuses one of Icon’s broader outcomes commitments: ‘Supplier Diversity’.
Supplier diversity supports and enables targeted businesses to become part of the supply chain and share in Aotearoa’s economic wealth.
