[Problem Solved!] How to write the date with correct formatting in Excel using Microsoft Power Automate for Desktop
In this video, we are going to teach you how to write the date with correct formatting to Excel using the Write from Excel worksheet action. There are 2 possible scenarios - the date field in Excel can be formatted as dd/mm/yyyy or mm/dd/yyyy. In the first case, you will use the Convert datetime to text action to convert the datetime to the custom format yyyy-MM-dd 00:00:00. Whereas for the second case, you will use the custom format yyyy-dd-MM 00:00:00.
