Note that I tried to focus on vitality Ravenous Earth for this specific video, you can also lvl with acid ravenous earth aswell using the leafmane horn for conversion. Check out sfhobbit's oppressor for further info on that.
Leveling with pets is totally viable and very strong aswell.
