BlinkOn 11: WebTransport

WebTransport is an under-development API that provides UDP-like semantics to the web. Built on top of QUIC, it provides both in-order multiplexed streams and a low-level datagram interface. This session will consist of an introduction to the API followed by open-ended discussion.
