PetMed #7 | Image uploading from Express to DigitalOcean's Spaces (AWS S3 alternative)
Two BIG videos in a row - we can now upload images to DigitalOcean's Spaces object storage platform. I'm a huge fan of DigitalOcean and have never used their Spaces offering before but it worked with pretty much full interoperability with the aws-sdk which is absolutely bonkers!
If you've ever used code interacting with S3 in any way, that code can very likely be adapted to another object storage platform with minimal migration efforts (possibly even with you just changing one URL and your keys).
