WATCH LIVE UPDATES: On the eighth day of Sean “Diddy” Combs’ federal racketeering and sex-trafficking trial, former executive assistant George Kaplan is now on the stand, testifying under an immunity order after initially invoking his Fifth Amendment right.

Kaplan, who worked for Combs from 2013 to 2016, says he routinely worked 80 to 100 hours a week, coordinated daily logistics, and handled personal requests for food, clothing, drugs, and liquor. He describes constant communication with Combs throughout each day.

Earlier, Homeland Security special agent Gerard Gannon testified about a 2024 search of Combs’ Miami Beach home, where agents recovered sex toys, 18 pairs of platform heels, firearm components, and drugs that tested positive for cocaine and ketamine.

Psychologist Dawn Hughes, testifying as a “blind expert,” explained patterns commonly seen in abuse survivors. She said victims often remain in abusive relationships due to trauma bonds, shame, or financial dependence, and may delay disclosing abuse. Hughes did not evaluate anyone involved in this case but provided general context on the psychological impact of trauma.
