To cook Lula Kebab at home:
Minced meat - 1 kg
Potatoes - 3 pcs.
Onion - 3 pcs.
Carrot - 1 pc.
Garlic - 3 cloves
Butter - a small piece
Pepper - 1 pc.
Coriander - 1 tsp
Salt - 1.5 tsp or to taste
Black ground pepper - 1 tsp
cilantro - a small bunch
Egg - 1 pc.
To pickle onions:
White onion - 0.5 pcs.

Sugar - 0.5 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Vegetable oil - 1 tsp
Salt - a pinch
1. Finely chop the onion and fry in butter.
2. Grind the garlic. Grate carrots and potatoes on a coarse grater. Cut cilantro and pepper.
3. Add all the vegetables to the minced meat. Add salt, coriander, ground black pepper and egg.
4. Divide the minced meat into 8 parts and form large cutlets.
5. Line a baking sheet with parchment and grease it with vegetable oil.
6. Bake the patties for approximately 40 minutes at 180°C (360°F).
7. To pickle the onions: Finely chop the onion and cilantro. Add vinegar, sugar, salt and vegetable oil. Grind well and leave for 15-20 minutes.
8. Serve kebab with lavash, pickled onions and tomatoes.
