"Hermes" er på vei tilbake til Norge etter å fisket noen hundre tonn med blåkveite på andre siden av Grønland. I denne episoden treffer vi lærlingen ombord. "Velkommen ombord" er et direktesendt sakte-tv program fra tråleren "Hermes" som er på blåkveitefiske vest for Grønland. Skipper Åsmund guider deg gjennom en time der man får et innblikk i hvordan det er å være fisker langt hjemmefra.

"Velkommen ombord", means Welcome Onboard in Norwegian, and was a show where we joined the trawler "Hermes", live 1h a day, on its trip to Greenland to fish Greenland Halibut. The show was aired Live from locations in the middle of the sea and is amongst the realest things you can watch. With its slow-TV style, the show might give you a feeling of how it is to be working in the middle of the ocean and it will make your thoughts go to new places.
