57% boon duration gear, same as before. Gives you substantial 113% alacrity coverage cushion, to help mitigate mistakes in the rotation—you don't ever want your wells to come off cooldown while in shroud. Even with the extra alacrity uptime you shouldn't ever delay your wells because Well of Sorrow is significant DPS.

Same old Alac specter rotation "skeleton", though I tightened up my performance considerably. The scepter auto-attack chain has a noticeably long delay until it resets—you can squeeze in all three wells casts or a shroud loop between your autos. At some points in the rotation you will have nothing to do but auto-attack until Enter Shadow Shroud comes off cooldown; in this scenario it's okay to interrupt the third impact of your third auto-attack. Aim to make clever use of your other skills to fill time in between your auto-chain so that you reset it as little as possible, and don't waste time beginning an auto-attack only to cast a different skill that just came off cooldown. Think of it like juggling.

If you are playing with a DPS specter in your subgroup, or you know you can get solid value out of precasting Thousand Needles throughout the fight then you can swap Spider Venom to Prepare Thousand Needles.

If you do not need an offhand pistol for CC then do the same 2 manual weapon swaps as the DPS rotation (check Snow Crows' site). You can also swap Basilisk Venom to Thieves' Guild for even more damage.

You'll notice I never move even when shadowstepping with wells—if you hover your cursor over part of the UI (e.g. target health bar, or the minimap) then any ground-target skill be cast directly under your feet. I find this exceptionally useful for Alacrity specter as it mitigates the chance that you shadowstep to a position/orientation that is facing away from your target, which might interfere with your next scepter projectile attack.

You can also cast wells at your feet if you click on the ability icons but I find that much slower and less fluid.

F1 Siphon and Well of Gloom will interrupt any other skill, so be careful not to interrupt Twilight Combo. With auto-attack enabled your first skill can be interrupt by anything else; if you interrupt the auto in this way then the chain will flip over to the next skill in sequence.
