In this video, I'll show you how to make an original New Year's decor with your own hands. I made the stand out of cardboard and paper. I wound jute twine on a balloon, applied pva glue with a washcloth. I left the ball to dry for 24 hours. After complete drying, I took out the balloon, puncturing it. Scissors cut our ball in a circle. Attached with hot glue to the cardboard base. Decorated inside with artificial sprigs of a Christmas tree and a deer. At the last step, I decorated it with a battery-operated light garland.
