Present, past, and future continuous tense explained in Nepali -English Hub
Hello everyone, today we are going to talk about continuous tense in Nepali. There are three parts of continuous tense in English: Present continuous tense, past continuous tense, and future continuous tense. Continuous tense is widely used in English. In this lesson, we will learn the tense step by step. I will help you to understand tenses in the easiest way.

Present continuous tense: Present continuous tense is mostly used to talk about the action that is happening in the present.
Here are some examples of present continuous tense in Nepali:
I am learning English. (म अंग्रेजी सिक्दै छु।)
She is helping me in the kitchen. (उनी मलाई भान्सामा सहयोग गर्दै छिन् ।)
Past continuous tense: Past continuous tense is mainly used to talk about things that were happening in the past.
Here are some examples of past continuous tense in Nepali:
She was teaching me. (उनी मलाई पढाउदै थिइन्।)
We were cooking food. (हामी खाना बनाउदै थियौँ।)
Future continuous tense: Future continuous tense is mainly used to talk about things that will be happening in the future.
Example of future continuous tense:
I will be studying at the university. (म विश्वविद्यालयमा पढ्दै हुनेछु।)
She will be working at a company. (उनि एउटा कम्पनिमा काम गर्दै हुनेछिन् ।)
