You have a shared mailbox but as this mailbox isn't the primary and isn't being checked as much as personal mailboxes you've missed a few leads when these have been filtered into junk. So rather than tell everyone to check the junk folder more regularly, a cleaner solution is to just turn it off altogether. In this example, we will use sales(at)gorazy.com as our shared mailbox, you will need to be a 365 administrator or have full access to the shared mailbox to perform this task.
Visit the URL https://outlook.office365.com /ecp/[email protected]
Replace [email protected] with your own shared mailbox email address
From the left-hand pane click block or allow
Click "don't move email to my Junk Email folder"
Click save
