Quick and Easy and 301 Redirects in WordPress Using a Redirection Plugin
In this video, we are going to show you how to use a Wordpress redirection plugin to make a 301 redirect.
You'll need this if you change the URL, or permalink, on a page or a post in Wordpress. A 301 redirect is a permanent redirection method that sends users and search engines from one url to another.
If someone clicks an old link with the old URL, they will automatically be brought to the new url. This is important to prevent broken links and 404 errors
This can be done with code, but we are going to keep things very easy in this tutorial by using a WordPress redirection plugin.
