Steps to follow :

1. Launch Excel
2. Create a table to find duplicates
3. Use CONCENATE Method to join all column values in a single row
4. Drag it down so that it will be applicable to all rows in the table
5. Select the 'Duplicate' column
6. Select 'Conditional Formatting' and then 'Highlight Duplicate Rows'

=CONCATENATE(A2,"_",B12"_",C2)
