Today is my good friend's first birthday since he passed. I wanted to drop the video we shot for his birthday so that his memory will reverberate that much louder and longer.
His story is a perfect example of how much talent we have in our community. This GRAND THEFT AUTO: Murder City idea was his idea... and I'm just bringing it to life because he's not here to do it himself.
While he was alive, he had difficulties having a platform for his type of art... but his genius for direction and connection was undeniable...
He's survived by so many good friends... who have willingly taken up his cause.
Forevermore Max Julian is a Detroit Icon...
Now let's take the action necessary to find other talented souls such as this one... while they still have a chance to enjoy the fruits of their labor ... instead of having it harvested and them disgrarded... as if they are disposable.
