A healthy and very tasty weed! Everyone will beg for the recipe. Pickled purslane. Purslane tastes better than pickled mushrooms and cucumbers! The taste is incomparable! I cook various delicious dishes from purslane, but this is the first time I’m trying pickled purslane. The taste is amazing! Now it is one of my favorite purslane recipes. It's a shame I haven't tried it before.
This dish is very popular in Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine. The marinated purslane appetizer is perfect as a salad with potatoes, rice or meat.
Purslane is a fatty herb.
This is an excellent source of Omega-3 fatty acids and is even called the “fish plant” - 100 grams of fresh purslane leaves contain as much as 400 mg of alpha-linoleic acid, which is 5 times more than seafood!

Ingredients:
Recipe (for a 3-liter jar):
Purslane - 6 -7 bunches
Garlic - 2 heads
Rock salt - 3 tbsp.
Vinegar (4.5%) - 200-250 ml
Drinking cold water 800 ml
