There are two methods, to reset adobe photoshop cc
One method is Using the Preferences dialog
Another method is Using a keyboard shortcut
1st method Using the Preferences dialog
Open the photoshop cc
Now go to the Edit
then Preferences
then General
Click Reset Preferences On Quit
Now close the photoshop
And relaunch again
Now photoshop setting is reset
2nd method Using a keyboard shortcut
Press together ctrl + alt + shift on your keyboard
then Open Photoshop.
Click Yes in the dialog that asks "Delete the Adobe Photoshop Settings file?"
Now photoshop setting is reset
