Special Agent Tobias Fornell's (Joe Spano) daughter, Emily (Juliette Angelo), has been found in the apartment of a man, her dealer, who has apparently overdosed. Gibbs (Mark Harmon) is questioning Emily when Fornell arrives, bringing his temper with him. Emily claims her 'friend' wasn't a user, and it appears the evidence supports that.
