Sound Design Workflow: Create Unique Sound Effects from Scratch
In this video I'll show you a workflow/ technique to create unique sound effects from scratch. With a few synthesized sounds, a bit of modulation and layering, we can create great assets that will help us to speed up or sound design process.
With this you can easily create your own sound effects library with a lot of different assets that you can then combine with each other to create new and more complex sound effects.
This is great for creating user interface sounds, sci-fi styled sounds, weapon sounds, impacts and even creature sounds.
I'm using the free soft synth Vital to create the source sound, but you can use any synthersizer you like to use this technique.
