You must first signup for an account at the Survey Monkey website. Second, click on create new survey. It will first have you title the first page of the survey. These pages are what separates of how the questions are viewed on each page. You can have multiple questions on a page or just one. You can then click on ask a question. This is where you start adding your questions for the survey.
You can then continue to add more pages and questions to your survey. To do certain things in survey monkey, you will have to possibly buy the pro version. There are tons of cool features where you can jump around to different answers depending on the question answer.
Once you have added all the questions and pages you desire in your survey you can then save. Once your survey is saved, you can then choose how you want to go about sharing the survey from survey monkey. You can embed the survey on a website, email, send via text, and lots more.
