How to fix "Saving failed - unable to connect to the Rockstar game services" in GTA V Online

Note: If the above step didn't work for you and the game is still showing the error then...
1. Check if your system is updating or something is getting updated or downloaded in the background like steam or any other downloader. if yes then pause it for the time being and then come back and do my step.
2. Have you tried joining a new session after doing my step as I showed in the video? if not do so...
3. Make sure you have a steady internet connection at least until you perform my step so I would recommend disconnecting other devices connected to your network like on wifi router, modem, etc until you perform my step and then reconnect them again.
ALSO,
The Concept that iam implying here goes the same for consoles also. Try to exit the game and when it prompts then click on no. come back to the game and try joining a new session. Now mostly, directly trying to join a new game session before doing the step that I mentioned doesn't save your game.
