Ingredients:
1 onion
1 bell pepper
4 slices bacon, cooked and set a side (reserve fat)
12 oz okra, sliced (thawed if using frozen)
14.5 oz diced tomatoes
10oz diced tomatoes with chilis or Rotel
1 tablespoon garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
(if you don’t want to use pork, you could use vegetable oil)
