glass cleaner: 50% water/50% isopropyl alcohol (or vinegar)
multi-surface cleaner: 1/4 tsp Castile soap or dish soap, 1 TBSP isopropyl alcohol, 10 drops essential oil, fill up with water and shake to mix
spaghetti carbonara recipe:
1 shallot
4 green onions
6-8 pieces of bacon
3/4 cup parmesan cheese
1/2 cup half and half
2 egg yolks
spaghetti noodles
1. Prep the ingredients: cook pasta, separate egg yolks and set aside, finely chop shallot, scallions, and bacon (pre-cook bacon and drain if you are not using pre-cooked bacon).
2. Mix together half and half, egg yolks, and parmesan cheese.
3. In a skillet, saute scallions, minced garlic, shallot, and bacon until the bacon is crisp and the scallions are translucent. (About 5 minutes)
4. Drain pasta (reserving some pasta water), then add to a bowl with the bacon mixture. Mix well, then add cream and cheese mixture. Mix well, adding pasta water if necessary to create a smooth and creamy consistency. Serve immediately.
