With Email open rates unreliable, tracking link clicks is a pretty vital metric to track your engagement with your emails. Mailchimp makes it easy to track link clicks in campaign emails, but in Customer Journeys and automation it can be a bit tricky. In this video, I show my workaround to track links that are clicked in emails that are sent through automation within a customer journey.
