1. 4 chicken quarters.
2. Oil.
3. Salt, pepper, ½ tsp coriander.
4. Fry for 10 minutes.
5. Turn and fry for another 10 minutes.
6. Flip and add 1 onion.
7. Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
8. 3 tomatoes.
9. Salt, pepper.
10. Boil for 5 minutes.
11. 5 eggs.
12. Cover and cook for 2-3 minutes.
13. Parsley.
14. Cover for 2 mins, then serve.

1. Oil, 1 onion, salt, pepper.
2. 3 potatoes, salt, pepper, oil.
3. 4 chicken thighs.
4. Salt, pepper, paprika, oil.
5. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 35-40 minutes.
6. 2 tomatoes, 130 g (4.5 oz) cheese.
7. 2 tbsp mayonnaise.
8. Bake for another 15 minutes.

1. 1 tsp each: chili, pepper, paprika, turmeric, salt.
2. 5 tbsp vegetable oil, 1 tbsp plain yogurt.
3. 1 tsp tomato paste, 2 cloves of garlic.
4. 4 chicken thigh quarters.
5. Parchment paper (baking paper).
6. Cook on low heat for 20-25 min on each side.

1. 3 potatoes.
2. 2 chicken breasts.
3. 2 tablespoons flour.
4. 3 eggs.
5. Parsley.
6. 1 tsp. salt, ½ tsp. pepper and paprika.
7. Butter.
8. Half of the mixture.
9. Cheese.
10. The rest of the mixture.
11. Fry on medium/low heat for 10-15 minutes.
12. Turn over, sprinkle with mozzarella.
13. Cover and fry for 10 minutes.

1. 5 chicken thighs.
2. Salt and pepper both sides.
3. Olive oil.
4. Fry until golden brown (7-10 min).
5. 450 g (1 lb) potatoes.
6. Turn over and fry for 5 minutes.
7. Add potatoes, fry for 7-10 minutes.
8. Peppers.
9. Salt, pepper, paprika.
10. 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey.
11. 4/5 cup (200ml) chicken broth.
12. Return the chicken.
13. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for 20-30 minutes.

10. 350 g (12.3 oz) washed rice.
11. 2 cups (470 ml) hot water.
12. Cook until the water evaporates and the rice is cooked.
13. Parsley.
14. Cover and let rest for 10 minutes.

1. 2 chicken breasts.
2. 1 egg white.
3. 1 tbsp soy sauce.
4. 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice).
5. Pepper.
6. 1 tbsp cornstarch.
7. Leave to marinate for 30 minutes. (longer - better).
8. ¼ cup soy sauce.
9. 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar.
10. 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey.
11. 1 tbsp sesame seeds.
12. Frying oil.
14. Fry on high heat for 2-3 minutes. on each side.
15. Reduce heat, add sauce and cook 2 mins.
16. Chives or green onions.

1. 900 g (2 lb) chicken thighs or drumsticks.
2. 2 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp paprika, 3 cloves of garlic.
3. ¼ tsp thyme, salt, pepper.
4. Let marinate.
5. 300 g (10 oz) carrots.
6. 1 onion.
7. 450 g (1 lb) potatoes.
8. Frying oil.
9. Fry for 5 minutes. on each side.
10. Add vegetables, cook for another 2-3 minutes.
11. 2 tbsp flour, mix well.
12. 1 cup (240 ml) chicken broth.
13. Cover and cook for 35-40 minutes.
14. Parsley.

1. 6 chicken thigh fillets.
2. Salt and pepper both sides.
3. Frying oil.
4. Fry 10 minutes on each side.
5. 1 onion, fry for 2-3 min.
6. 2 garlic cloves, fry 1 min.
7. 120g (4.2 oz) baby spinach.
8. 1 cup cream, 200 g ( 7oz) cream cheese.
9. Salt, pepper, ½ tsp oregano.
10. Rosemary.
11. Parmesan cheese.
