[No-Oven] Banana Cake with 1 Egg and 2 Bananas/Super Simple Recipe for Banana cake
Ingredients:
1 egg
60g Sugar
130ml Milk
1/2 Tsp Salt
1Tsp Vanilla extract
150g all-purpose flour
2/3 Tbsp Baking powder
50ml Cooking oil
10g Unsalted butter
1.5 Tbsp sugar
2-3 Bananas
(Tbsp)- tablespoon (Tsp)- teaspoon
*Just put the ingredients in order and mix them together, and the dough is done. It's really simple.
*You need to use a 20cm small frying pan to make a thick cake.(Increase the amount of dough when using a large frying pan)
