I am back in Duncton, a rural village in West Sussex, to explore its heritage and ways of life from the past.
Today I am privileged to explore the old water mill on the Barlavington Estate with owner Sebastian Anstruther.
The mill is two hundred years old, but on site of earlier mills dating back to Doomsday. It is spring fed from the Southdowns where it sits in its lee.
