If I were to say that the Victor from Corpse Bride and the little Victor from Frankenweenie are the same person and that he is actually Jack Skellington, there is a theory that there is a connection between Tim Burton's animations. You remember that the character Victor had a dog and he did a lot of things to bring him to life. Not to mention the facial resemblances, they're practically the same person.
If we return to our dog Sparky, we can see him in the other 2 films because he never leaves his owner. To summarise briefly. Victor Frankenstein first lives his childhood, then grows up in the Corpse Bride film and becomes Victor Van Dort and finally dies and becomes Jack Skellington. Of course, his little dog never leaves him on this journey.
