Open up your documents folder. Click on Premiere Pro.

Open up. Your latest version folder for me is 24.0.

Now go ahead and open up a new folder.

Click on documents. Adobe Premiere Pro.

Now go back to your newest folder and click on your profile and duplicate that to make a copy. Just in case for a backup.

Now go back to the previous folder.

And copy the effect presets.

Now go back to the newest folder and you're going to paste those two items.

Make sure you click on replace.
