Bat.-Châtillon 12 t is a French tier 8 light tank. LT, which replaced the well-known and formidable “nineties”. For fans of French technology, it is of particular interest, because from it you can explore 3 vehicles at once: LT AMX 13 90, two ST Bat.-Châtillon 25 t AP and AMX 30 1er prototype.
The firepower is dismal and puts the B-C 12t in last place with the lowest average damage per minute. But the tank is the only one with a drum at its disposal, which cannot be discounted. We'll look at the weapons in more detail a little later.
The safety factor is 1000 units, which is again the lowest among tracked vehicles. The tank has good mobility; looking at its mass, we can say that the B-C 12 t is the lightest tank among the 8 tiers of other nations. Thanks to its low weight, the machine has excellent speed performance. Compared to other tanks, the Lynx 6x6 is striking, but this is due solely to its narrow specialization - it is only suitable for playing on the front line. The Bat.-Châtillon 12 t has better stealth, which could make it an excellent passive reconnaissance if not for its mediocre visibility of 380 meters.
We have at our disposal a gun with a magazine loading system for 4 shells with a reload time of 2 seconds between shots. Potential damage from the reel is 680 units. But in practice it is more difficult to implement for several reasons:
armor penetration on BB is only 170 mm;
the spread is not the most convenient;
UVN -6...+13° make the tank very dependent on the terrain;
mixing takes 0.3 seconds longer than reloading inside the drum, so you have to wait a little longer for complete mixing.
It is worth noting that the tank has a good projectile speed:

Having familiarized yourself with all the characteristics and the nuances emerging from them, it’s time to understand the tactics on the battlefield. Considering the lack of armor, poor air defense and mediocre visibility (don’t forget that the tank enters battles with 10 levels), it must be recognized that the quality of the game depends primarily on the map. B-C 12 t feels great in open areas (Prokhorovka, Steppe and Malinovka) and at the same time it is difficult to realize its potential in city conditions (Himmelsdorf and Paris).
The dynamics of the tank allow you to actively move around the map, providing support to your allies in critical situations. The B-C 12 t is suitable for raiding behind enemy lines and destroying artillery, and if necessary, it will always have time to return to defend its own base.
The tank has an excellent maximum speed, which in any situation will allow it to give the first light and, depending on the terrain, take an advantageous position for reconnaissance. Good camouflage allows you to remain invisible to enemy tanks even after firing, because our gun caliber is only 70 mm. On the other hand, such weapons do not allow one to rush into the enemy alone.
