Follow these easy steps:
1. First we need to come windows search bar and type here "Device Manager" then click "Device Manager"
2. Click "Monitor"
2. Under "Monitor" you will find "Generic PnP Monitor" Click on the mouse right button on it then click "Enable Device"
3. Then click "Display adapters" under it you will find your graphics card driver. Click right button on it then click "Update driver"
4. When you update the driver make sure that always select Latest driver.
Now your brightness problem has been solved.
