You can easily farm this cave in this way for the Immune Artifact & thus Dragon boss fight & also get high level loot crates for the Rex/Therizino Ascendant saddles.
Strategy: Run away from Titanoboa & Megalania, dont touch Araneo & Arthropleura, completely ignore leeches, Titanomyrma & Meganeura. You need good movement speed(atleast 120%), sufficient stamina(130-150+), 3 piece scuba gear, ghillie leggings & gauntlets.
