What does success mean? well, the correct answer would be 'ANYTHING' yours success definition depends on your goal and process but the important thing is the factors that drive you towards success. Let's talk about them.
if we talk about engineering. having skills and the right approach along with practical work will the important factors for land a good job in an interview. corporates and industries are not after your degrees and marks but they want skills that satisfy the need of the company.
But again, what do they want? well, that's something they won't tell you, right?
don't worry we are planning to launch a course in which we will give you, the engineering students, freshers, and working engineers a complete and deeper insight into the corporate world and what is it that an HR director or a manager look at while taking an interview and that too by having a one to one discussion with them.
