This makes sense, as it is also the maximum representable value of a 128 bit signed integer.
I'm more surprised the game didn't crash.
This can be accomplished at the minimum level of 31, I just did it in an easier way by dropping back down to TVHM & doing it with overleveled gear.
A fire weapon is necessary in order to take advantage of the fact that fire bloodsplosions trigger faster, and can allow a near-infinite bloodsplosion chain like this to happen. I would also recommend a bee shield in order to kickstart it easier.
Oh, and this is vanilla, with no mods running at all.
