Black Racer, Up Close and Not Shy!
Another day in the yard here in South Florida, another interesting creature sighting. This time we found a very unafraid black racer snake hanging around in the very hedge we were trimming (Podocarpus). This snake stuck around long enough to permit me to film it at close distance. Even as were were cutting down an old papaya trunk, it simply curled up next to a fence post under some leaf litter.
