2) Go To Windows Search
3) Type Run
4) Open Run
5) Type Regedit
6) Click OK
7) Open HKEY_CURRENT_USER
8) Open Software
9) Open Classes
10) Go To .html
11) Click on .html
12) Right click on default and select modify
13) Type following in value data: htmlfile
14) Click OK
15) Close Registry Editor
16) Open Outlook
Done! Problem solved
