Attempting to beat Fallout: New Vegas without using any items from my inventory other than needed quest items.

Hardcore mode at all times.
I cannot pick up any items that are not required to complete a quest.
No skill checks in dialogue.
Any items granted as quest rewards must be immediately dropped.
I can use items in the world, (beds, water) but nothing in containers.
No companions.
Hard difficulty.
