the whole raft of changes is crap. period. the only "gem" in that mass of marketing CCP Fluffer piece was admitting that the 'bug' when your blocked list is ignored most of the time if you have multiple ACLs - is actually a feature.
"Please note: Structure profiles different access lists are not influencing each other and the access is being combined (if allowed in one list and blocked in another, then the resulting access is allowed) - nothing changed to this part."
Followup: by "mass pvp/pve" i was alluding to Ripard Teg's excellent analysis after his NDA ran out, 3 years ago. (how the blobs in null and the multiboxing mission runners in high are what CCP caters to, and the inherent coding bias but missing pieces lie dormant for years/decades)
