The coolest piece of Yew I've ever seen !!
I purchased this plank of Yew a while back, because it was probably the coolest piece of Yew I had seen. It was only an 1" thick and not very wide but thought it would be ideal for a couple of side river tables, I used some teal coloured epoxy to form the 'river' and decided to leave the natural edges (for now). The base is made from moisture resistant MDF and sprayed with a textured stone finish, I used this method to make a lamp years ago but not sure it matches well with the top, I'm pretty sure I will be making a new base for the top and a new top for the base😂 ... thanks for checking it out.
