Pick a suitable bitrate that has a good tradeoff between quality and bandwidth. You can find Twitch’s bitrate guide at / encoding and YouTube’s at https://support.google.com/youtube/an...
Twitch has a built-in bandwidth monitor: https://inspector.twitch.tv/
Or alternatively you could use https://fast.com/ or https://www.speedtest.net/ to get a good idea of your upload and download speed
