The famous vacuum-innovator has been planning a major push into Electric Vehicles. With decades of expertise in electric motors, batteries, aerodynamics and luxury consumer products, this may not be as crazy as it seems. Dyson posted $5.7B in revenue & $1.4B in profit in 2018. The company has plenty of capital and is investing at least $2.7B to bring its EV to market. The car will be build in Singapore, and is planning to launch in 2021.
