In this video I'm going to show you How to use text box in ms word without border for signature purpose.

n Microsoft Word, a text box is a graphical element that allows you to insert and manipulate text separately from the main body of the document. Here's how you can use a text box in MS Word:

Inserting a Text Box:

Go to the "Insert" tab on the Ribbon.
Click on the "Text Box" button. This button is usually located in the "Text" group.
A drop-down menu will appear with various predefined text box styles. You can choose one of these styles or click "Draw Text Box" at the bottom of the menu to draw a custom text box.
Click on the area in your document where you want to insert the text box, or click and drag to draw the text box.
Typing and Editing Text:

Once the text box is inserted, you can simply click inside it and start typing your text.
You can also copy and paste text into the text box from other parts of your document or from external sources.
To edit the text, simply click inside the text box and make the desired changes.
Resizing and Moving:

To resize the text box, hover your mouse over one of the edges or corners until you see a double-headed arrow cursor. Click and drag to resize the text box as needed.
To move the text box, click and drag it to the desired location within your document.
Formatting:

You can format the text inside the text box using the options in the "Home" tab on the Ribbon, just like you would format regular text.
Additionally, you can format the text box itself by right-clicking on it and selecting "Format Shape" or "Format Text Box". This will allow you to change properties such as fill color, outline color, and text box effects.
Linking Text Boxes:

If you have a large amount of text that doesn't fit into a single text box, you can link multiple text boxes together to create a flowing text. To do this, create your first text box, then click on the small square handle at the edge of the text box (usually at the bottom or the right side) and drag it to the next text box. This will create a link between the two text boxes, and text will flow from one to the other.
Removing a Text Box:

To delete a text box, simply click on it to select it, then press the "Delete" key on your keyboard, or right-click on the text box and select "Delete".
By following these steps, you can effectively use text boxes in Microsoft Word to enhance the layout and organization of your documents.
