Edgy Scale & Shake in Premiere Pro! (Tutorial)
Here's how to do edgy scales and shakes in Premiere Pro! A great effect which is useful between transitions. This is pretty much identical to the "twitch" effect but a little better with some scales. For the edgy "shakes", you will need the sapphire plugin installed as it uses S_DirectionalBlur. Also, a preset for the twitch shake is right below - just add it to an adjustment layer! (make sure it is 24FPS).
